Below are the processes for ordering, accessing, and using our products.
Here is how to access the Video Tutorials (ResumeCoach, InterviewCoach):
- Purchase a Video Tutorial.
- As soon as the transaction is authorized, an email containing your unique, secret pass code, a link to our secure viewer page and the product workbook will be sent to your email in-box.
- Open the email, download the workbook and click on the link to our viewer page.
- Once the viewer page is up, simply log on by entering your code in the required security field and you are ready to go. You will have complete access to the entire vault of the product’s streaming video content.
Note: The unique, secret pass code is good for a specified number of viewing hours after which it will no longer be valid. Time tracking will not start until you enter the pass code for the first time. You may log on as often as you like and the pass code will not expire until full amount of hours have of actual viewing have been viewed (pausing or moving forward or backward will not count against your viewing time). If for some reason you require additional viewing time, contact support@CareerOyster.com and we will accommodate your request.
Here is how to access the Response-Oriented coaching products (ResumePolish, QuickCoach):
- Purchase the product.
- As soon as the transaction has been authorized, an email with an attached form will be sent your in-box.
- Simply follow the instructions in the email to submit the required information via the attached form.
- Once your information has been submitted you will receive an email alerting you that we have received it.
- We will respond to you as soon as possible, but never later than 24 hours--guaranteed.
- You will have the opportunity to verify that you were satisfied with the information delivered; if not, simply inform us at support@CareerOyster.com and we’ll set up a time for you to talk with one of our experienced Head Coaches to go over your questions or resume in further detail.
Here is how to purchase the Get A Job! Your Guide to Making Successful Career Moves Book:
- Choose either the Specially Discounted E-Book version or the Paperback version by clicking on the appropriate “Buy Now” button.
- As soon as the transaction is authorized, if you chose the Paperback version, the book will be sent to the appropriate shipping address. If you chose the E-Book version, an email will be sent to your in-box with the downloadable PDF attached. Simply download the PDF and you are ready to go.
